If for any reason you feel unable to keep yourself or someone you love safe, please do one of the following:

Contact Saginaw County Community Mental Health at 1.800.258.8678
Go to your local Hospital Emergency Room
Call 911 and ask to speak to the mental health worker on call
Call or Text 988 if there are thoughts of suicide
