Bethany Bierlein received a Bachelor of Social Work from Saginaw Valley State University. She has worked for Lutheran Home Care Agency - Hospice of Hope (now Wellspring). In addition of her roles as Bereavement Coordinator and Volunteer Coordinator, she was instrumental, along with a team of professionals, in initiating Camp Hope, a camp designed for grieving children. Bethany is also an entrepreneur along with her husband, operating a business for over 26 years.
Bethany has served the church in a variety of roles including: Kidz Ministry Director, Sunday School Teacher, Vacation Bible School Teacher, The Vine Women's Ministry as a Committee Member, and as a Discussion Group Leader for MOPS. She has also participated in numerous Bible studies. Her personal interests include reading, gardening, and decorating. She and her husband have been married over 35 years and have two children and two grandchildren.
Bethany is very excited about serving CrossRoads Counseling Ministries in this capacity. Her personal mission statement is to an instrument of hope, and feels that God has been preparing her for this role for many years.
